The Task

CND asked Estoresharks to ‘look behind the hood’ of their UK Amazon account in order to better understand how they might grow sales and reach consumers outside of their own country. They had difficulties with items not listing correctly, a large number of counterfeit products, and information that was optimised for a distinct target group.
